Our team wrapped up another 10,000 SF pharmaceutical packaging area last week, installing a 1/4” Sika Decorative Ucrete 22 flooring system designed to withstand the demanding conditions of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

One of our crews squeezed in this 7,000 SF Novolac Epoxy Flooring installation late last week!

This Distribution Center will have more than 80 forklifts charging their batteries daily, making chemical resistance and long-term durability critical.

Our team installed a Sherwin-Williams High Performance Flooring chemical-resistant flooring system designed to protect the concrete from potential battery acid leaks and overflows while standing up to the demands of a high-traffic industrial environment.

Another challenging installation knocked out by our team using Sherwin-Williams High Performance Flooring

Our crew recently completed this sloped, chemical-resistant flooring system at a Chemical Manufacturing facility.

The installation included:
✔️ Pitched epoxy mortar to establish proper drainage
✔️ Urethane concrete slurry for durability and performance
✔️ Epoxy novolac finish coat for enhanced chemical resistance

Working entirely within containment, our team took extra precautions to protect the surrounding GMP areas and ensure operations continued without disruption.

No detail was overlooked on this installation!

Our team was tasked with installing a custom stainless steel boot wash system and urethane concrete flooring as part of a food manufacturing facility’s hygienic locker room upgrade.

From floor flatness to precise slope and pitch corrections, our crew paid close attention to every square foot to ensure proper drainage, seamless integration, and long-term performance.

Sometimes it’s not the size of the job—it’s the complexity that matters.

We were selected to help this university develop a flooring solution that could be executed within a tight schedule without fully removing multiple types of existing tile.

Our team’s scope included:

• Preparing multiple existing tile substrates
• Patching and correcting slope
• Forming and pouring new shower curbs
• Installing a 1/8” urethane concrete slurry
• Hand-troweling 6” integral cove base
• Finishing everything with a custom-color Key Resin Company Versa Flake system

And the added challenge? Every piece of equipment and all materials had to come through a third-floor dorm window.

Projects like this are a great example of what we do best—find the solution, adapt to the conditions, and execute.

One of our crews is officially past the halfway point on this 60,000 SF pharmaceutical manufacturing project!

The project started with the complete removal of an existing 1/4” epoxy mortar system to make way for a new urethane cement flooring system throughout the facility.

The scope includes:
• 60,000 SF of urethane cement flooring
• Decodur decorative flake systems in the packaging rooms
• 60-mil slurry system with an ESD finish throughout the corridors

The ESD finish is especially critical in this facility, as AGV units will travel throughout the corridors, making proper static control an important part of the flooring system’s performance.

Just as challenging as the installation itself has been the phasing and coordination required to work alongside multiple trades in shared spaces. Our crew continues to navigate it with ease while keeping the project moving forward.

One of our crews wrapped up this 3,000 SF Protective Industrial Polymers Decorative Flake Urethane Slurry a few weeks ago. It was a major upgrade over existing quarry tile for this local high school kitchen!

One of our crews recently completed this turnkey drain and flooring renovation at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

The customer needed a complete drainage upgrade, so we partnered with Global Drain Technologies to deliver a long-term solution and assembled the right team to execute the work during a planned shutdown.

After process equipment was rigged and relocated, saw cutting operations were completed, allowing our team to excavate and install approximately 100 LF of new 316 stainless steel trench drains. We then formed and placed new high-strength concrete before removing and preparing the existing resinous flooring system.

To complete the renovation, our crew installed a new Polycrete flooring system, delivering a durable, sanitary surface designed to meet the demands of a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

From drain installation to flooring restoration, our team managed the entire process and successfully completed the project within a 10-day shutdown window.
