Painting and repair on second floor roof

Progression of door, floor joists and ledger repair on a home. The deck was being repaired by homeowner when he noticed the rot under his door. He called me and we replaced the rot and waterproofed the area. Door was repaired also. The deck was built wrong to wherevthe water was flowing into the corner and the corner was not properly waterproofed.
