Working as an Owner’s advocate, we become an integral part of the project team. Our professional staff is able to provide strong direction with regard to the selection of the major building system components such as foundations, structure, building enclosure, vertical transportation and MEP systems, comprehensive “in-house” budget estimating at the Concept, Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Document phase; as well as site logistics planning and project scheduling information that guides the team toward providing a complete program which will ultimately be as efficient and economical as possible and works within the Owner’s budget and scheduled time frames allotted. Evans has over 45 years of experience in the Chicago market place functioning as the Chief of Operations Officer of 3 major national construction firms; Morse/Diesel, currently known as Amec of America, Schal Associates, currently known as Bovis, and Tishman Construction. Our main client base has been in the greater Chicago area working closely with Architects and Engineers where we have a strong track record with clients on previous assignments. Our budgets have been proven to be accurate within ±3% of the Owner’s target Budget when we have been involved at the start of the project.
