A beautiful Lake Tahoe view deserves a railing that lets it shine! 🏔️

We recently completed this railing upgrade for clients whose rear decks overlook the mountains and lake. Their existing wood and plexiglass railings were ready for a change—especially since outdoor plexiglass can be difficult to keep clear.

We removed the old railings and installed sleek cable railings, giving the decks a fresh look and opening up those gorgeous views.

Another project completed! 🏡✨

We replaced the older laminate flooring throughout our client’s entry, living room, dining room, and kitchen with beautiful engineered hardwood, giving the spaces a fresh, cohesive look.

We also refreshed the bar area by removing the existing sink, dark countertop, and old ice maker. A new tile countertop and backsplash, freshly painted cabinetry, and a new w**e refrigerator brought it all together! 🍷

Recently completed this addition in Lake Village. Client had a rear deck that was a the top of the second story stairs and dinning room of the condominium. We removed the existing deck and created a 250 sq ft addition living space. This was a dream of this client to have more room for her family and entertaining. We built and deck above the addition and change the window opening to a sliding glass door. The we installed heated tile floors to the addition that expanded into the dinning room.
