This custom home on the hillside of Camano Island is designed to work with the land…not against it. From the foundation to the final finishes, every detail is carefully considered to create a home that feels completely at home in its setting.

It all starts with a plan.

Before the first wall goes up or the first finish is selected, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes.

Plans. Permits. Site preparation. Coordination. Scheduling.

At Parallel Construction, we believe a successful project starts long before construction begins. Every detail is thoughtfully planned so the process can move forward with purpose, precision, and confidence.

And now, we’re seeing Beach Drive really come to life. We can’t wait to start sharing more of the paint, finishes, and interior details as this project continues to take shape.

What do you want to see next? 👀
The paint colors? Interior finishes? Or a behind-the-scenes look at the next phase?

A new project is officially underway on Camano Island.

We’re kicking things off with the foundation and site preparation for this exciting addition.

This project is designed to expand the home with thoughtful, functional space while seamlessly complementing the existing structure.

From the foundation to the final finishes, we handle every phase of the project with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship our clients expect.

Another vision taking shape, one step at a time.

Another important piece of the Beach Dr. project is officially underway.

This update? The septic system.

A high-end, custom home is about so much more than what you see on the surface. Behind every finished space are countless details, systems, and decisions that have to be handled correctly from the start.

From site development and septic to construction and the finishing details, we manage every part of your project with the same attention to detail and high standard of craftsmanship.

Because when you’re building a high-end custom home, every detail matters. 🏡

Beach Dr. — another step closer to bringing the vision to life.

08/18/2026

From the initial vision to the final details, we take a parallel approach to the building process…keeping the right pieces moving together so your project stays efficient, intentional, and beautifully executed.

Your dream home deserves more than ordinary construction. It deserves a team that understands your vision and has the exceptional craftsmanship to bring it to life. 🏡
