🌱 Backyard Regrade Completed! 🌱

We just finished regrading the backyard to prepare for lush, healthy grass growth. We used the Harley rack to remove weeds and loosen the soil, creating the perfect environment for grass to thrive. Fresh gravel was added down the side of the house, and we even installed a small concrete step leading into the garage for added functionality.

You have to be on your toes in the wet seasons! we mobilized on a drainage repair last minute for a very good client of ours. The original dry-well for her barn failed and water was backing up into the barn and tack room we were able to find and abandon the dry-well and install a new drainage system to fix there problem. The mini and new dump trailer combo is sure a good setup for these small projects.

Occasionally, we have the privilege of working on projects where we’re given the creative freedom to fully design and execute a vision. A client in the Arlington area approached us to build an addition to their existing manufactured ADU. With only rough dimensions and a few specific requirements, we were entrusted with the design process from start to finish.

Thanks to our expertise in 3D modeling, we were able to bring the project to life before ever stepping foot on site. This allowed the homeowners to visualize the entire addition — including the deck, overhangs, and other key elements — and make adjustments to suit their preferences.

For the construction, we chose premium composite deck boards, hidden edge clip fasteners, and incorporated picture framing on both the deck and stairs to ensure a refined finish. While there are countless small details that make this build stand out, it’s always a pleasure to work with clients who value quality materials and craftsmanship over simply opting for the least expensive option.

We’ve just completed the installation of footing drains and a water dispersion trench. To stabilize the site, we added a layer of hogs fuel ground cover. This will allow us to come back in the spring to Harley rake, regrade, and plant.
