It’s week 26 of the front garden check-in, and there’s nothing much happening beyond the sumac changing color. Maybe I’ll start checking in with the back garden, since we’ve got more foliage changing back there. It’s actually a lot more interesting! Have a great weekend, and happy Halloween!

In case you were wondering what I meant by “dirt cupcakes” in today’s video, here they are! Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate icing, Oreo “dirt,” gummy worms, chocolate rocks, and candy bats, cats, and spiders. No actual dirt, I swear!

The super cool candy on top came from 𝕰𝖚𝖌𝖊𝖓𝖊 𝕵. 𝕮𝖆𝖓𝖉𝖞 𝕮𝖔. right here in Bushwick! It’s my new favorite place!

If you’re in the area, stop by the Lentol Garden tomorrow from 3-6, it’s our annual Halloween Party! Lots of fun activities, treats, raffles, and costumes. I’ll be dressed as a frog. Hope to see you there!
