How naive am I? I thought it would be fun to tap a couple maple trees in the yard and maybe I would get 5 gallons of sap and make a quart of syrup... I'm getting 4 gallons of sap a day and I'm certain it would be more if I had a better set up. Fridge is full, so here we are!
