We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Roofing & Exterior Remodeling
📍 Based in Bayville, NJ | Ocean County Focus

We’re growing and looking to add a Project Manager to our team.

This is a field leadership role — not a desk position. You’ll manage roofing installs from start to finish, serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, coordinate crews and materials, and ensure every project runs smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Communicates confidently
• Takes ownership
• Stays calm under pressure
• Wants to grow into operations leadership
• Has a clean driving record

You’ll drive a company pickup (during work hours), may tow a trailer, and load light materials daily (typically 10–15 sheets of plywood + roofing accessories).

Pay: $27–$31/hour based on experience
Location: Most projects within 30 minutes of Bayville
Schedule: Typical start around 6:30AM

Construction experience helps, but leadership and work ethic matter more.

Offer contingent upon driving record review and background screening.

If you’re looking for real responsibility and long-term growth — not just a paycheck — apply below.
