“Before and After”

In the first picture we have a 50 gallon water heater with a Boiler by its side to heat the house.

The second picture we have a High Efficiency Navien combination boiler and tankless water heater. Which takes on the job of both.

Not only is this a great space saver but with Navien’s superior efficiency and low maintenance its a real money saver as well!!

And don’t forget Endless hot water for showers!!!

PSA: Don’t forget to disconnect your garden hoses from your hose-bibs in freezing weather!!

Modern hose-bibs are considered frost free and don’t require winterization but keeping your hose connected prevents water from draining out and causes ice damage like this!

Talk about a space saver!!!

Converted from Oil to a High Efficiency Natural Gas Unit in this switch. We removed the oil fired boiler and indirect water heater tank along with the platform it sat on and replaced with the Navien NCB-240 E Combination Boiler / Water Heater. This 199,000 BTU wall hung condensing boiler services 3 zones of baseboard heat and makes endless hot water for domestic usage.

HTP brand natural gas fired combination Boiler and Water Heater.

Taking over for a retired oil fired boiler and 50 gallon natural gas water heater. Fitting nicely in the basement next to the washer and dryer, this unit heats Two zones. One zone is a Monoflow loop servicing a series of radiators on the main floor and a second zone is a baseboard loop heating the basement.

A 127 year old historic house in Tomsriver just went tankless!!

Navien NPE-240a with built in re-circulation pump. Uses the "Intelligent Preheat" system that learns the users hot water usage patterns and begins preheating automatically, so you have instant and endless hot water, only when you need it!
