NO HIDDEN COSTS
Iv been talking to a few potential clients lately and one of their main concerns is having extra costs on the invoices.
If you have gone through the effort of letting someone in to your home to look at a job, save up or borrow the money to pay for said job, the last thing you need is extra costs you didn’t plan for.
Here at SP Construction, I like my quoted figure to be the only amount to pay.
If I have made an error with my quoting, that is on me.
If we make a mistake and break something during installation, that’s on me.
If we use more materials than what was quoted, that’s on me.
In some cases I.E. wet areas, my quote will clearly state that we do not cover any unseen rot.
While I do my best to explain the situation at the time, it is impossible to quote what I cannot see. In this situation, photos will be taken, the work will pause and I will discuss with my client what needs to be undertaken and an approximate figure. We will work together to provide the best outcome for your home.
My clients trust in my name means everything to me and I will strive for a quality and professional finish for every job we undertake.
As a side note, Christmas is coming up faster than we realise and we will book the year out quickly.
