Another Building Consent over the line, our client's big family needed more space. the old living room becomes the new master bedroom, and we now have a beautiful open plan living space with entertainers' deck to enjoy those beautiful summer evenings.

Stage 2 of the Baker Street house lift is now underway. The floor framing for the extension is installed and ready for the flooring and wall and roof framing to be erected. These guys are going to be sitting high and dry when the next extreme weather event happens.

How good is it to have 3D modelling CAD software? 👷‍♂️🏗️

At Perspective Architecture, we love seeing our projects move from the screen into reality.

This is our large residential/commercial mixed-use development in Woodend, just north of Christchurch. After extensive 3D modelling, coordination, and documentation, it’s great to see the precast concrete panels now in place, with the suspended first floor concrete pour happening over the next few days — a major milestone.

Using advanced 3D CAD software allows us to fully visualise the design, resolve details early, and give our clients confidence before construction even begins.

Exciting progress and we look forward to sharing more as it continues to take shape.
