White Road, the finished form 🔥🏡

The clients are moved in and this place is looking pretty special. With the paint on, furniture in place and the spaces being lived in, you can really appreciate the vision behind this design.

There's so many angles and details throughout this build, and the way the interior opens up to the views through the native bush is something else. A seriously considered design from EPOCH Architecture , and a big effort from the boys to bring it all to life.

The Burkes Drive extension is really coming together now 🔨🔥

The windows are in, insulation is done, and we're getting ready to line the walls. A lot of careful engineering has gone into tying the new extension into the original home, preserving as much of the existing structure as possible while making the two work together seamlessly.

It's been a complex job, so we're looking forward to getting the weather protection down and seeing the full picture properly. Plenty more to come on this one 💪

Things are moving quick at Ajax Rd 🔨🔥

With the driveway retaining walls all done, we've moved onto the main house. Demolition is complete, the interior has been stripped back while preserving the key heritage features, and excavation is done out the back with piles going in for the large extension.

A massive amount of work happening here as we bring this heritage home into the future while keeping the character that makes it special. We're into the real meat of the project now, and there's plenty more to come 💪

Ascot Street, stripped back and ready for the rebuild 🔨🔥

The kitchen's out, both fireplaces and chimneys are gone, and the wall between the lounge and dining has been knocked through. New framing is already going up, and it's moving fast.

The demolition phase is done, so from here it's all about putting it back together. First up, new linings and the start of the transformation.

Chamberlain Street is underway 🔨🏡

Scaffolding is up and things are starting to get moving on this sizeable renovation. With an extension out the back and a new deck further down the section, there’s a big job ahead and plenty to get stuck into.

Steelwork going up at Ocean Heights 🔨🔥

The crane is on site and the structural steel is going into place. Getting the foundations and structure right at this stage is a big part of setting the build up properly, especially on a project like this.

Starting to get a much better feel for the scale and shape of this one now. Plenty more to come 👊

Retaining walls ticked off at Ajax Road 🔥🏗️

A lot of mahi has gone in from the team here. Retaining walls are completed now and timber prep is underway, good solid progress on this one.

This heritage home is getting an extension and an upgrade while keeping all its character intact, and we can't wait to see this place preserved the right way. Looking forward to getting stuck into the house soon.

Another one on Ascot Street. 🔥

This one's a kitchen renovation, back to back fireplaces coming out, and the wall between the dining and lounge getting knocked through to open the whole thing up into one big living space.

The boys are ready to get stuck in. Can't wait to see what this place looks like on the other side. 💪🔥

Burkes Drive coming along nicely 🔥🏗️

Roofing is going up now and the framing is looking mint on the extension. Real solid stage to be at.

This one's a big project, bringing life back to the home after the 2024 landslide took out a portion of the house. As well as the extension, the existing house is getting new exterior cladding to tie the whole place together.

New one on the books, Ascot Street 🔥🏡

This classic 3 bedroom villa is getting a pretty serious upgrade, with a new room being added, the existing layout being reworked to make way for a playroom, and the exterior getting a full reclad.

A great project for the crew to get stuck into, and even better to be trusted with the renovation of a close friends's home. Plenty of character here and plenty more to show you as this one comes together.
