Sometimes, less really is more. ✨

No bold colours or over-the-top features needed here. Just beautiful warm tiling, brushed brass accents and clean lines working together to create a bathroom that speaks for itself.

Consider this your sign to stop treating the bathroom as an afterthought.

It might be one of the most practical rooms in the house, but that doesn’t mean it can’t also be one of your favourites.

Save this one for the future renovation folder. 🤍

This might be the best part of planning a new bathroom.

Colours, finishes, textures and hardware all look very different once you start putting them together. Seeing and comparing the options in person makes it much easier to find a combination that feels right for your space.

And yes, this is one of the fun parts.

Two sinks sound great.

Until you realise what you really wanted was somewhere to put your hairdryer, skincare, toothbrush and coffee while someone else is getting ready beside you.

For some households, a double vanity is brilliant. For others, one sink and a generous stretch of bench space works much harder.

Design for the people sharing it, not the checklist.

Stand outside your bathroom and open the door.

What's the first thing you see?

A beautiful vanity or tiled feature makes a much nicer first impression than a direct view of the toilet. When the layout allows it, thinking about that sightline can make the whole bathroom feel more intentional.

A bathroom is a room designed around water, so where that water ends up matters.

A well-planned shower keeps splashes where they belong. Falls guide water towards the drain. Good ventilation deals with what ends up in the air. And the right materials cope with the inevitable wet towels and dripping feet.

None of it is particularly exciting to photograph. All of it makes a bathroom better to live with.
