This or that: NKP edition.

Donelle and Asher. One designs the space, one builds it. We sat them down, fired off a round of questions and gave them no time to overthink it.

Some answers were exactly what you’d expect. Some definitely weren’t.

That’s the thing about working as one team. You spend enough time on site and in the planning room together and you get to know how the other one thinks. Where you line up. Where you don’t. Both matter when you’re carrying a project from first site visit to final walkthrough.

Warkworth, mid-build. Here's where things are at.

Framing's up. Trades are moving through in sequence, no standing around waiting on each other, no guesswork on what's next.

This is the part nobody posts. No before, no after. Just the middle (where all of the actual work happens).

Twenty years in, and this bit never gets old.
