We want all of our team members to feel comfortable speaking openly, knowing they’ll be listened to without judgement. Having trained Mental Health First Aiders helps us recognise when someone may be struggling and offer dedicated support with understanding and care.

By keeping her knowledge up to date, Amy is helping to transform how we talk about and support mental health.

Congratulations to Joel, who has passed FireQual Level 3 award covering the fundamentals of fire detection and fire alarm systems in non-domestic buildings.

Delivered with the Fire Industry Association , the qualification builds understanding of the recommendations set out in BS 5839-1 and the standards guiding life safety solutions.

Joel's achievement shows how we continue to invest in training across our team, keeping our knowledge up to date with the compliance requirements shaping our work.

We’re trying to better understand our team members going through menopause and what it can mean for our workplace.

That’s why we have a dedicated menopause policy, supported by training and guidance, helping us have better conversations and recognise how we can offer support as it's required.

We’re still learning, and we know there is always more we can do. For us, this means listening, engaging in open conversations and being willing to learn from experiences.

We’re proud to support World Menopause Day and to keep this conversation going.

The experience and commitment our engineers bring to their work are a big part of what makes us who we are. All helping to earn our customers’ trust as a commercial life safety and security technology partner.

Scott, thank you for all you do, the effort you put in and the support you give to both our customers and our business. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the team.

We have always operated a rolling recruitment programme, considering applications across a range of roles from apprenticeships through to senior positions.

So, even if there isn’t a current vacancy that matches your experience, please do still get in touch and tell us a little about what you’re looking for.

There are a few options to explore, whether that’s by email, through our website, or by keeping an eye on our LinkedIn page for current vacancies.

It’s a straightforward way to start a conversation about where your skills and experience could fit within our team.

Congratulations and thank you to Alex Dearden who is celebrating six years with us.

A multi-time winner of our Team Member of the Month, Alex amongst other duties has been leading our campaigns around the PSTN and 2G/3G network switch-offs, helping customers understand what these changes mean for their existing systems and the steps they may need to take.

His work plays an important role in keeping customers informed and supporting them through the transition.

For all you do and all that you are, we're so grateful for your loyalty and commitment.

Our security portfolio now includes Brivo, a cloud based platform bringing access control, video surveillance, visitor management and intrusion detection together in one system.

In our latest newsletter, we look at what this adds to our approach to integrated security and where it can be used across different requirements.

Fire Door Safety Week 2026 also provides a focus on the importance of regular inspections, with this year’s research highlighting some concerning gaps in understanding around fire doors. We highlight what inspections should cover and why defects need to be recorded and addressed.

We celebrate Paul Landis as our Team Member of the Month and share current career opportunities across the team.
