I am taking on a challenging 14-mile circular walk to raise vital funds for Eastwood Memory Cafe, a charity that is incredibly close to my heart. While the organizers estimate this trek will take around 4 to 5 hours depending on fitness levels, let's be completely honest: I am spectacularly unfit, so this is going to be a monumental, grueling struggle for me. There is no maximum time limit here—I'll be out on my feet for as long as it takes to drag myself across that finish line!
🐑 At £500 - The "Carry Me" Sheep: As a Nottingham Forest fan I will complete the entire 14-mile walk wearing a hilarious "carry me" costume as a sheep! Yes, looking like I am hitching a ride for all 14 miles, no matter how long my exhausted legs take!
🐏 At £750 - The Derby County Ram: If we hit this target, I will add a Derby County hat and scarf as well as a Hoody declaring my passion for Derby County to the sheep costume and take a video of myself crossing the finish line.
Every single penny counts. Your support will directly help Eastwood Memory Cafe provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space for local people living with dementia and their carers. The charity is run entirely by a dedicated team of volunteers, and donations help fund regular meetings, planned activities, entertainment, and special trips out to help families live well with dementia.
