What a beautiful day we have here🙄 one thing Demaine's are good at, getting caught in the rain!

Becky invites us to a gig, we park 5 mins around the corner, what does it do... RAIN

Go round to Roxy's to do some decorating, decide on a KFC for dinner, Rox wants to walk round instead of drive, what does it do... RAIN

Happy wednesday folks 🤣

Nice tidy border now, our customers are over the moon. Just some simple planting goes a long way, so excited to see how this looks next year

A spot of bulb planting today, the weather wasn't kind to us on this job :( thought I'd do a video for once!
Before anyone comments I don't know why I pointed at the cyclamens when I was talking about the muscari bulbs, my hands were wet and cold and I was fed up 🤣

Last visit of the year for this garden, hedge and shrubs all shaped up, and beds w**ded out which I of course didn't get pictures of, as my hands were freezing 🤣

Lovely sunny morning, now we're sat sheltering from the rain in the van 😐

We had a write off of a day due to the storm, and with how trustworthy the weather is 🥴 we can't guarantee what's in store for the rest of the week! We haven't forgotten anyone, we are slowly but surely getting round to all of our jobs booked in!
Here's one of my cats Ronnie because she's the cutest!

Another beautiful hanging basket from Hey Farm plants 💜

Are you solar powered like me? You hate the cold and dark days, you hate watching the colour from your garden drain and start to die off? Treat yourself to some lovely goodies from this fabulous garden centre. They have a variety of winter bedding, hanging baskets, and pre made planters. Plenty of bulbs also to start that spring prep!

Another job ticked off

22/10/2026

Big tidy up yesterday, doesn't even look like the same garden. Some regular maintenance on it next year and it can be restored to its former glory.

Mountains of nettles and brambles removed, w**d trees cut out, and the borders are now visible. We'll just be spending the next few weeks picking spells out of our hands 😆

What to do as a gardener on a rainy day?
❌ Stay at home nice and cosy with a book, watch a crappy prime movie, do your washing and household chores you keep putting off?
✅ Hedge trim and get wet through. At least the sun has arrived now!

We are too busy to take a day off🥴
