Phoebe brings the atmosphere of a classic Parisian restaurant together with the energy of Copenhagen.

The main walls are painted in FO FA 11 Powdery by Formafantasma in ULTRA MATTE, while FO FA 07 Oxblood in HIGH GLOSS highlights doors, frames and architectural details. In the entrance, handmade CO VA 07 Tronco and CO VA 18 Arena tiles by Conie Vallese continue the red-brown and cream palette in a chequerboard pattern.

A simple palette repeated across paint, tiles and contrasting finishes.

A new restaurant in Copenhagen, where the atmosphere of Paris and a touch of the French bistro meet the energy of Copenhagen.

At PHOEBE, handmade tiles by Conie Vallese introduce pattern, texture and reflection. CO VA 07 Tronco and CO VA 18 Arena form a chequerboard of deep red-brown and warm cream, extending across the floor and onto the lower walls.

The compact 10x10 cm format creates a fine graphic rhythm, while subtle variations in glaze, surface and edges give each tile its own character. Paired with woodwork painted in FO FA 07 Oxblood by Formafantasma, the result is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional chequerboard floor: graphic from a distance, tactile and irregular up close

Simone Book Services in Copenhagen sources and curates independent and hard-to-find books and magazines across art, design, architecture, photography and culture. The bookshop unfolds as a sequence of connected rooms, with mobile shelving and adaptable furniture allowing talks, exhibitions and archive material to exist alongside the changing selection of books.

Throughout the main spaces, JO PA 05 Flour by John Pawson creates a warm, luminous backdrop, while CE BA 04 Divya Red by Cecilie Bahnsen gives the Red Room a deeper and more immersive character.

Together, the two colours support an interior that functions as both a bookstore and a cultural platform.

Handmade MU SE 11 Dark Blue tiles by Muller Van Severen form a compact backsplash within the otherwise restrained kitchen. Positioned behind the stove, the tiles serve a clear functional purpose, while their deep blue glaze brings contrast and a distinctly personal choice of colour into the room. Subtle variations in the handmade surface catch and reflect the changing light, giving the tiles depth, movement and life throughout the day.

Showing Blēo in homes, shared by those who live with our colours. Soft blue, warm cream and exposed timber in the entrance of a 19th-century country house just outside Copenhagen.

The walls and ceiling are painted in ST SC 03 Local by Stefan Scholten, an off-blue with a subtle green undertone, while doors and woodwork in MU SE 08 Vanilla by Muller Van Severen bring warmth to the space. Together, the colours frame the original construction and shift gently with the changing daylight.

A bathroom in the Danish countryside. Two colours from Tiles by Muller Van Severen meet across the room: bold MU SE 12 Green on the floor and a soft MU SE 08 Vanilla across the shower walls. The contrast between deep green and warm cream gives the small bathroom its character, while the handmade surface of the tiles brings subtle variations in colour, texture and reflection.
