This isn’t a sit-around role.

You’ll be:

Clearing snow (shovels, blowers, ice control)
Keeping sites safe during winter
Cutting grass, trimming, clean-ups in summer
Working outside in real conditions (not behind a desk)

Some days are early. Some are long.
But the work is straightforward — and it matters.

Snow removal (shoveling, snow blowing, ice control)
Ice remediation (salting, sanding, keeping sites safe)
Lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, blowing)
General property detailing and clean-up
Working independently and as part of a reliable crew
Adapting to weather conditions and seasonal work

Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation to get to our shop

If you’re hardworking, reliable, and ready to take on Alberta weather, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for individuals who:
✔️ Are physically fit and able to work outdoors
✔️ Have reliable transportation to our shop or jobsites in St. Albert and surrounding areas
✔️ Have experience with small engine operation and/or maintenance (an asset, not required)
✔️ Work well independently and as part of a team
✔️ Communicate effectively and professionally
✔️ Can handle a variety of weather conditions
✔️ Are available to start as soon as possible

Experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidates.
