Just a friendly reminder that roofing season is coming to a close.
Warm weather is required to activate sealant strip on shingles. If you should require a roof before snowfall, we can get it done. If you can wait till spring, we recommend you wait.
This home was shingled in winter months and required the back to get re-roofed on account of the shingles never sealed. An unsealed roof results in perpetual blow off’s.
