We proudly serve clients all throughout Northern Alberta! From Valleyview, Fox Creek, Beaverlodge, Hythe, Rycroft, Grimshaw, Peace River, and even Manning, we’ve been fortunate to build strong relationships with businesses and property owners across the region.

Sometimes you just have to roll with the punches! 👊

Things happen, and you have to work with what you’ve got.

A few weeks ago, we completed a paving project for one of our clients. Unfortunately, a diesel spill from a truck ended up on the freshly laid asphalt. Needless to say, diesel and new asphalt are not a great combination. But as we all know… 💩 happens!

Our crew went back to do what we could to repair the affected area and make things right for our client. The weather wasn’t exactly on our side either, but sometimes you have to make the best of the conditions you’re given—especially when working within town schedules and constraints.

At the end of the day, we’re committed to standing behind our work and doing the best job possible, no matter what challenges come our way. That’s what our clients deserve, and that’s what we strive to deliver every time.

We appreciate our hardworking crew for always stepping up and our clients for their patience and understanding. 🙌

This project was a beautiful overlay for a client. An asphalt overlay is a fantastic way to improve an existing driveway or paved surface that simply needs a fresh new look. We absolutely love how this new addition flows off the driveway and leads back to their shop. The beautiful curve gives the property so much character and will tie perfectly into what’s going to be a stunning landscaped backyard. 🤩

Fresh blacktop always adds such a clean, sharp look to any home and is a fantastic investment for any property. Not only does it improve appearance and functionality, but it also helps increase property value.

We are currently looking to add a hardworking, enthusiastic Sales Estimator to our team. This position is responsible for preparing and/or coordinating the preparation of full cost estimates on conceptual, design-build and general tender work, as well as rapidly building trust with new customers and providing solutions to meet their needs. Focusing on new and existing customers to drive business and increase revenue. This position offers an opportunity to build a long-term career with a great locally owned company that focuses on the development of our employees.

Sales Estimator Duties:
*Maintain positive relationships with existing customers & create connections with new customers
*Prepare estimates of labor and material costs
*Estimate pre-contract costs
*Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
*Provide preliminary estimates for proposed projects
*Operate BlueBeam, takeoff software
*Previous Base, Paving & Concrete experience an asset
*Collecting pricing from vendors

Skills & Qualifications:
*5+ years Estimating experience
*Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
*Intermediate to Advanced experience with BlueBeam
*Ability to read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawing
*Strong sense of leadership and team building skills.
*Effective verbal and written communication skills
*Demonstrated ability organize and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual for a multi-dimensional labour position.

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

General Yard Maintenance:

Mowing and w**d trimming
Weeding and w**d control
Watering flowers, plants, and trees
Fertilizing and planting
Shop Maintenance:

Detailing vehicles, trailers, and equipment
General shop cleaning
Painting
Additional Duties:

Light work around livestock
Travel to two out-of-town locations requiring regular maintenance
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel independently to multiple locations
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Hours:

Approximately 20–30 hours per week
