You will oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, workforce coordination, project management, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate crews and daily schedules
• Oversee multiple projects and timelines
• Manage team performance and productivity
• Ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
• Work directly with clients, builders, and suppliers

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in electrical or construction (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
