We’re incredibly proud to share that we’ve made it to the National Master Builders Awards! 🏆

A huge achievement and a reflection of the hard work, dedication and passion that goes into everything we do. Bring on the next stage!

Opening day at Guzman y Gomez Coorparoo, and what a morning.

Burritos coming out of the kitchen, free coffee going around, and a line of locals keen to be first through the doors. After months of watching this space come together on site, seeing it full of people is the best part of the job.

Congrats to the GYG team on a huge first day.

Brisbane to Queensland! 🏆

Following our win in Brisbane, we’re so grateful to have been recognised for our work Aunty on Wandoo | Modern Asian Dining in Brisbane at the Queensland Master Builders Queensland Awards!

We’re incredibly proud of what the team delivered on this project, we thank our trade partners and subcontractors for yet another quality project!

We’re excited for what’s to come! 🎉

STILTS, above the Brisbane River.

Some sites ask more of a build than others. Stilts was one of them: a 300sqm restaurant set out over the water.

Our team held the program tight from start to finish and coordinated every detail around the river below. The result is a destination defined by where it sits: elevated, distinct, and built for the business that runs inside it.

Another successful partnership with the Tassis Group !

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hands on Shop Fitter / Carpenter to join our team! 🔨

If you take pride in your work, have a great eye for detail and enjoy working on exciting commercial projects, we’d love to hear from you!

Caption update: Traded the hi-vis for golf shirts and still managed a podium. Third at the Master Builders Golf Day. Good company, great weather, and some swings we’ll be keeping to ourselves. Cheers, Master Builders Queensland for a top day.

Penelope | Fortitude Valley

Before Penelope existed, it was a render, an idea about warm lighting, brass, velvet, and the mid-century mood the space needed to land. The real test of any fitout isn’t the render, it’s whether what actually gets built matches it, down to the last detail.

This is the standard we hold every project to. If it matters to you too, let’s have a conversation.

Can you tell which of Brisbane’s best venues these belong to, just from the details?

We work closely with designers on every project, not just to land on finishes that look right, but to make sure they hold up to how a space actually gets used. Marble that can handle a busy service. Joinery finished properly on the inside, not just where people can see it. Seating built for comfort over a four hour sitting, not just how it photographs.

Design gets a room noticed. The details are what make it work.

The best part of any build isn't handing over the keys, it's watching someone walk into their space for the first time.
