We recently gave this hardwood deck in Alex Hills a complete transformation!

The old, weathered decking and termite-damaged joists were pulled out and replaced with sturdy new 190x45 joists.

We installed 90x19mm merbau boards, added a fresh set of steel stringers, and brand-new stair treads. To top it off, we upgraded the handrails to meet current code, including stainless steel wire balustrading, giving the deck a modernised look . It’s now stronger, safer, and ready for many more years of enjoyment!

Our latest project in Thornlands has come together beautifully! We’ve just installed a full steel Spantec subframe, expertly supported by Level Master adjustable screw piers. Paired with EkoDecking’s innovative Flame Shield due to the fire rating of the property this setup is ready for the arrival of modular homes on either side. We can’t wait to see the stunning final result

THORLANDS NEWTECHWOOD 😱

Another cracking deck finished in thornlands using Newtechwood IPE the old deck was basically falling down so we tweaked the stairs to make it flow to a bottom deck , made the top deck slightly wider and topped it off with new balustrading a wrap around bench top and brand new deck lights

There’s been a few people involved in getting this one over the line and we’ve appreciated every bit of the help 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

She’s been a grind but we love it ✊🏻

Another successful board replacement in Victoria Point. Upon inspecting the frame, we discovered that all joists were over-spanned. To ensure compliance with building codes, we adjusted the joists, added stiffener blocks, verified proper height alignment, and installed new stainless steel hangers.

The customer can now enjoy the benefits of a fresh deck that’s built to last 🔥🔥✌️✌️

Eva last - Concrete grey 🔥🔥

Another exceptional deck has been constructed using 140x45 H4 framing and premium stainless steel fixings. Despite not being situated near water, the proximity to the ground necessitates the use of top-quality fixings and hardware. This ensures that the subframe endures for the full duration of the board’s warranty.
