From pre starts and toolbox meetings through to daily operations on site, our teams are focused on making the right decisions to protect our people, community, equipment and worksites.

At BOS, being safe is everyone’s responsibility, teams look out for one another, and people are encouraged to speak up, share knowledge and learn from experience.

We take a proactive approach to safety, continually looking for ways to improve our systems, strengthen our processes and ensure our people have the right support to work safely every day.

Safety isn’t a box to tick, it is one of our core behaviours.

We're pleased to have commenced works at Davis Park in Beaconsfield, supporting the redevelopment of aged social housing into quality, modern residential accommodation.

Working alongside DevelopmentWA, the project involves a broad range of civil works including ACM remediation, earthworks, retaining walls, sewer and drainage infrastructure, road pavements, footpaths, power and communications services to facilitate the new subdivision.

It's always exciting to see new projects move from planning into construction, and we're proud to play a role in shaping the infrastructure and communities that support Western Australia's continued growth.

We're committed to continually improving the way we deliver projects, with innovation and efficiency playing an important role across our operations.

The rollout of Sitemate across BOS Civil is another step forward, helping to streamline workflows for efficient delivery, make project information more accessible in real time, and improve communication between teams that facilitates data analysis and lesson sharing.

We're also putting AI and smart automation to work with Storm, Sitemate's AI data capture agent, helping our site teams capture data in the field by voice and photo, reducing manual administration and improving the accuracy and efficiency of project reporting.

For us, innovation is about finding better ways to work, giving our teams the right tools and continually improving how we deliver projects for our clients.

BOS Civil has reached practical completion at The Brook Stage 3 for our valued client, Parcel Property, successfully delivering 50 lots as part of the latest stage of the development.

The scope included bulk earthworks, sewer and water reticulation, stormwater drainage, roadworks, footpaths and kerbing, underground power, Opticomm and gas infrastructure.

Works were delivered across heavy clay soils, with deep sewer infrastructure and significant excavation requirements adding complexity to the project and demanding careful planning and ex*****on.

A strong result from the BOS Civil team, delivering complex works while maintaining safe, efficient and quality outcomes.

Stage Two of Three at Belvidere Street is well underway.

Stormwater drainage, pipe and pit works, along with electrical and communications infrastructure, are nearing completion. The paving crew is making steady progress, while play equipment installation continues across the site.

With multiple trades and work fronts progressing simultaneously, careful coordination and sequencing have been key to keeping the project moving.

It’s been great to see the Belvidere Streetscape continue to take shape, with each stage bringing the project closer to completion.

We're pleased to share that Stage 1 of the Belvidere Streetscape Revitalisation for the City of Belmont, WA has reached practical completion, with our team now progressing into Stage 2.

The first stage of works, between Leake Street and Gardiner Street, delivered major infrastructure upgrades including feature pedestrian paving, new street furniture, bus shelters, electrical and drainage works, plus soft landscaping with reticulation, helping to transform the precinct into a more functional and inviting public space.

Our team is now focused on Stage 2, which extends from Gardiner Street to Keymer Street. Throughout the project, we're continuing to work closely with local business owners and stakeholders to minimise disruption and maintain safe access while construction progresses.

We're proud to be delivering another important project that will enhance the streetscape and create lasting benefits for the local community.

Some of the biggest improvements we've made over the years have come from working closely with our suppliers. By building strong relationships, sharing feedback and staying open to new products, technologies and ideas, we're able to continually refine the way we deliver our projects.

Our team recently had the opportunity to tour the Holcim manufacturing facility in Welshpool. This event provided insight into their manufacturing planning and casting processes, while giving us a greater understanding of how our product selection, planning and ordering processes can be streamlined for greater efficiency.

Partnerships like these reinforce that the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration.

Delivering streetscape projects in live environments requires more than construction expertise, it requires communication, coordination, and consideration.

Whether working alongside businesses, residents, road users, or local authorities, stakeholder engagement plays a critical role in successful project outcomes. Careful staging, traffic management, and proactive communication help minimise disruption while maintaining project momentum.

At BOS Civil, we understand that every streetscape project represents a visible investment in the community. That is why we prioritise quality finishes, safe delivery, and strong stakeholder relationships throughout construction. The result is infrastructure that not only functions effectively but enhances the spaces where people live, work, and connect.
