Big Congratulations to Brayden & Rhiannon on starting their homeownership journey!!! 🏡

I actually met these two over 6 months ago to explain the process on building and at the time they weren’t ready to start the process cut back to a few weeks ago not only did we managed to secure a massive 550m block and design a 4x2 with Theatre backyard and massive side access for Brayden’s go karts 🏎️

Big congratulations to .menner & on getting your keys today!!!

When I met these two they came in not knowing too much about the process! 🏡 We quickly worked out a plan of an attack (and a change of block design 🤫) and ended up building them an incredible 4x2 with Theatre, Workshop and Scullery on a big block in with all the bells and whistles 👌🏾

I originally told them that builds at the time were averaging around 12 months and here we are under that time frame and starting the HOMEOWNER ERA!! 🍾🍻

Went to go check out & slab and ended up running into them checking it out for them selves!! 😂

Brickwork 🧱 to start in 2 weeks and I’m super excited to see this custom home come together! 🏡

Yesterday we went out to warehouse to have a look at our new benchtops that are coming in as a standard throughout all our homes 🏡

With the ban on Engineered Stone coming in in June a lot of builders are having a knee jerk reaction and going for untested no silica options with no idea on the long term effects

You normally would see Dekton in high end builds! So super excited to be giving this option to all our future clients! ➡️ to see what’s going to be our standards or flick through any questions!

I met this legend when he came through one our display homes being a single dad and first home buyer Brendan wasn’t 💯 sure how the process worked or if he could even qualify to get into his own home.

We sat down for one our obligation free information sessions to explain how it all works and after looking at a few blocks of land and a few designs we managed to create Brendan’s brand new home & land package in the highly sought after in Lakelands just in time for Christmas 🎅🏽🏡

When I met with Ella & Preston one of their biggest things was being able to have a flexible design which ticked all the boxes and be within budget! Not only did we manage to create a CUSTOM HOME DESIGN but we also managed to get everything within budget! Now how good is that!

We met a few months ago when she came through one of our displays a few months as she just moved from Melbourne 🛬

We did catch up for an Information Session at the time just to explain the ins & outs of building here in W.A as we do things differently here and set some goals in place! ✅👌🏾

After establishing her budget and getting her onto the family home guarantee scheme the trick was then finding her the block that would work in said budget in the area that she wanted!
We then got to work and making the changes to customise her home to what she wanted ✅👌🏾
