5 years of Bryce 🔥👏🏼

A massive shout out and thank you the the big man. The only apprentice that’s made it from start to finish with me 🔥 He’s grown so much over the years and I honestly wouldn’t be here today without him. Got thrown into the deep end from day 1 and has continually run at all the hurdles this job can throw with a head on approach.

He’s been by my side and there for all the high and lows and has been a vital part of the Gen 3 crew. He’s a stand up tradesman, leads by example, rarely complains, not scared of some hard yakka. He walks the walk, which is what I’m all about. Can also throw some solid banter too 🤣

Big thank you mate for your time invested, we love ya here and I’m looking forward to what the future has in store 🔥🦅

Not sure where January went, but 2026 is on the move 🔥 Boys have been keeping busy and rolling back in on multiple sites this month from Townhouse Rough Ins/ Stacks & Fitoffs, to Sub Divisions, to Resi Stormwater, Commercial Sewer connections, Resi drains and more.. mix in some early morning gym sessions and I’d say we’re heading in a good direction for a great year ahead 👏🏼 Lesss go 🚀

Rare to get us all in one spot! Was a good afternoon for a feed and a catch up. Awesome to welcome Rob properly to the crew who is doing an outstanding job and holding it down for us in Rockhampton 👏🏼

The team grew earlier this year too with the addition of Jaidyn (Tradesman) and Dan (1st Year) who have both hit the ground running and have quickly become vital additions to the group 🔥

Proud of the circle we keep and the standard we hold each other to. Looking forward to a big run into the back end of the year 🚀

Yeah boys 🤙🏼🦅

Stage 2 commencing shortly, and we’ll roll on 👏🏼
