Big job completed for this customer to upgrade and prepare their mains supply for reconnection

Our team carried out trenching works through a steep front yard, building custom dirt ramps to safely get the trencher into position. We then excavated from the main switchboard down to the electrical pillar, cleared the trench line, and installed new conduit with consumer mains cabling.

At the switchboard, we upgraded the installation to current standards by fitting a new meter isolation link, meter active link, and a new main switch circuit breaker. The new mains were fully tested to confirm separation and safety, with everything prepared and tagged ready for Energex reconnection.

A lot of work behind the scenes goes into making sure every upgrade is completed safely, professionally, and up to standard. Great effort by the team on this one 👏

Our team recently attended a customer’s property to service a Mitsubishi ducted air conditioning system that was experiencing reduced airflow and decreased performance. On inspection, the filter was heavily blocked, significantly restricting performance. Our team carefully removed and cleaned the return air grille and filter, taking extra care to ensure no chemicals were used due to the sensitive environment.

We also cleared the drain from the external exit point using a pump, inspected the indoor unit via the grid ceiling access, and carried out a full check of the ductwork to ensure everything was operating as it should.

Once completed, the system was fully tested before and after the service - restoring proper airflow and efficient operation. Another reminder of how regular maintenance keeps systems running smoothly, especially in high-use commercial spaces. 🤩
