Commercial Trade contractor of the year. CTEC was an awesome project to work on and the most uniquely constructed building in Cairns. It is constructed nearly entirely out of timber with the ground floor slab and the lift shaft been the only concrete in the entire building. We done extensive prep on all of the timber and used intergrain uni oil and Intergrain industrial Matt to keep the finish natural. All of the paint work was done with dulux premium paints. Thanks to all of the staff that worked on this project and thanks to besix watpac.
