🔵 WE’RE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR | HERVEY BAY
Malo Civil and Construction is excited about our upcoming works in the Hervey Bay region, and we’re inviting suitably experienced candidates to apply for a Site Supervisor position within our growing team.
We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on construction knowledge and proven experience across:
🔹 Detailed excavation
🔹 Tilt panel construction
🔹 Formwork
🔹 Reinforcement (Reo)
🔹 Concrete placement and finishing
Our successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Liaising professionally with clients, subcontractors, other trade supervisors
• Developing and managing short-term construction programs to ensure critical deadlines are achieved
• Coordinating and forecasting labour requirements, materials, plant and deliveries
• Planning works ahead to keep crews productive and projects moving
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and workmanship
• Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact the program
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring the required finishes and project specifications are achieved
• Taking ownership of site operations and project deliverables
• Delivering our projects on time, safely and to the high standard expected by Malo and our clients
We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, communicate effectively and take genuine ownership of their role.
