🏆 WE'RE FINALISTS! 🏆

Okay, we've read it about 50 times now and it still hasn't sunk in… Moore Solutions is a FINALIST in the 2026 Cairns Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards for the Customer Service Excellence Award (Trade, Retail & Services)! 🙌

If you've ever run a small business, you'll know it's not all shiny certificates and gold borders. 😅

It's the early starts and the late nights. It's crawling through 40-degree roof spaces in the middle of a Cairns summer. 🥵

It's quoting jobs at the kitchen table after dinner, chasing invoices, answering the phone on weekends, and wondering if you're actually doing any of this right. It's the months where everything clicks, and the months where you're holding your breath hoping it all works out.

There have been wins that had us grinning for days, and losses that kept us up at night. Some days you feel like you're on top of the world, and others you question every decision you've ever made. That's the rollercoaster of being a local family-run business, and honestly, we wouldn't trade it.

From day one, our goal has been simple: do the job properly, use gear we'd trust on our own homes, keep you in the loop every step of the way, and treat every customer like a neighbour, because you are. So being recognised for customer service, of all things, means the absolute world to us. ❤️

To every single customer who's trusted us with their homes and businesses, left us a review, recommended us to a mate, or put up with Craig explaining frame rates for longer than you asked for 😂

THANK YOU. This one's for you.🥰

Big thanks to the Cairns Chamber of Commerce, major sponsor JCU, and category sponsor Crystalbrook Collection for backing local businesses.

Congrats to all our fellow finalists too. It's an honour to be in such good company! 👏

Fingers crossed for the big night! 🤞✨

Did you know your CCTV system could play an important role in helping police investigate crime in your area?

The Community Camera Alliance (CCA) encourages residents and businesses to register their CCTV systems with the Queensland Police Service. The program helps police identify where cameras are located, saving valuable time during investigations and increasing the likelihood of obtaining important evidence when incidents occur.

✅ Registration is free
✅ Your footage is not monitored by police
✅ You keep full ownership and control of your CCTV system
✅ Police will only contact you if footage from your camera may assist with a specific investigation

By registering your CCTV system, you're helping build a safer and more connected community while supporting local crime prevention efforts.

🎥 Have a home security camera, business CCTV system, doorbell camera or other surveillance system? Register today!

• 👉 Register your CCTV system here:

Together, we can strengthen community safety, support investigations, and help keep Queensland communities safe.

👀 One camera. The whole store.

Provision-ISR's 360° Fisheye Cameras provide comprehensive coverage with fewer cameras, helping supermarkets simplify surveillance while reducing installation and maintenance requirements.

Installers, keep this Supermarket Solutions Leaflet ready for your next customer meeting. It's a practical way to demonstrate how one camera can cover more with less.
