Outdoor Solutions Landscape & Civil is seeking a reliable and hard-working Landscape Labourer to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who wants to build a career in the landscaping and construction industry.
We are building structured crews with clear leadership, strong systems, and opportunities for growth into higher-level roles.
You will be working within a crew under a Leading Hand delivering residential and commercial landscape construction projects.
This role is physically demanding and requires consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with landscape construction works
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Follow direction from Leading Hand
• Maintain a clean and organised worksite
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Physically fit and capable of full-day outdoor work
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instruction and work within a team
• Driver’s licence (manual preferred)
• White Card
