Celebrating an exciting milestone along Victoria’s iconic Great Ocean Road!

World Trail is proud to have led the design and construction of two new lookouts and 4.4kms of trail upgrades between Kennett River and Wye River.
Working in collaboration with TRC Trails, Vary Engineering, Bligh Tanner and Tonkin and Taylor, we sensitively delivered these new trails, accessing sites from both the sky and the Great Ocean Road, in tight timeframes.

Across the autumn and winter months, our skilled teams rebuilt trail surfaces, established drainage, built new stairs and lookouts, creating a more durable and inclusive opportunity for visitors to explore and experience this incredible, world-renowned coastal landscape.

We’re proud to deliver trails that showcase some of Victoria’s most spectacular places, giving people access to nature and opportunities to pause and immerse in the beauty of our natural world.

The Wangetti Trail in Far North Queensland is back on track! 🌴🥾

Construction is now underway on the Ellis Beach to Wangetti section - delivering around 22km of new trails, bridges, boardwalks, suspension bridges and a campground.

After years of Labor mismanagement and budget blowouts, the Crisafulli Government took action, moving the project team to Cairns so decisions can be made closer to the community.

This major project is now being delivered by Cairns-based businesses.

We’re supporting local jobs and keeping more of the economic benefit right here in the Far North.

The Ocean Grove District Ride Centre comes to life!
World Trail are truly blessed that our hard work has finally been realised by such an appreciative community!

The successful opening day of the Ocean Grove bike park was a surreal moment and an absolute highlight of the project for all of our team involved.

We can’t wait to see this place inspire the next generation of riders.

The Ocean Grove District Ride Centre has been shaped by a passionate local riding community and a talented team of trail builders, designers, engineers and landscape architects, all working towards the same vision.

From the first concepts and community conversations through to detailed design and nine months of construction, it’s been an exciting journey to see this project come to life.

The finished ride centre delivers a unique urban riding experience and is the first facility of its kind on Australia’s east coast. Designed for riders of all ages and abilities, it’s a place to learn, progress, connect and simply enjoy being on a bike.

We’re incredibly proud to hand it over to the community and can’t wait to watch it grow into a destination that locals and visitors alike make their own.
