Congratulations to our apprentice, Rylan, on your Formal Night! 🎉🥂 We hope it was everything you wished for and more. What a special milestone!

And a special shout-out to our beautiful daughter, who had the very special job of partnering with her long-time friend, Maddox — someone she has known since they started Prep together all those years ago. ❤️

Such a beautiful night and a wonderful memory for them both.

🏆 THE BOSS MAN & THE MAIN MAN! 🏆

What a week of GOLD! 🥇💙❤️

👏 Alex – Saints’ #1 Postie, getting the job done on and off the field!

🏉 Lachlan – kicking goals and bringing home the AFL Cairns premiership! 🥇

Two legends, two very different playing fields, but one bloody awesome week! 😂🙌

Congratulations boys — absolutely smashing it! 🏆🥇❤️💙

💙 Tradie Friday! 💙

The boys are looking good in their new TradeMutt shirts! 👷‍♂️

But did you know that TradeMutt donates 50% of its profits to TIACS — a free text and call professional mental health counselling service created by the same founders for blue-collar workers and their families.

Looking good, supporting a great cause and starting conversations that matter. 💙

🔨 R U OK, MATE? 💛

Out on the tools, we’re pretty good at asking, “You right?” and getting the usual “Yeah, mate, all good.”

But sometimes it pays to ask again.

Between the early starts, long days, pressure, deadlines and everything that happens outside of work, you never really know what someone is carrying.

So today, check in with your mate, your apprentice, your workmate or the boss.

Ask. Listen. Support.
A simple conversation can make a bigger difference than you think. 💛

Thankful for the cooler weather this week while the team tackled a big job - removing 282 solar panels☀️

Massive effort all round, with plenty of hard work to get it done. Now we wait for the new roof before reinstallation can begin and the panels go back up 💪
