🚨 The key principle⚠️
Buying property is not the same thing as buying an automatic right to develop it in any manner you choose.
The RTCP Act establishes a development-control framework under which proposed development can require planning permission from the relevant planning authority. Section 26 specifically provides for applications for permits or preliminary planning permission.

For property owners
If you are unsure whether your property is compliant, do not wait until construction is complete.
Josh Bindiko Nuseason Designs & Construction - Pvt Ltd can investigate the property's planning status, assess the proposed development against the applicable planning framework, and advise on the appropriate approval process.
The objective of due diligence is simple: know what you are legally allowed to develop before you invest heavily in construction.
This is a planning-information overview, not a substitute for legal advice or a property-specific determination by the relevant planning authority.
