The curtain came down on a high note for !
We had the honour of receiving a visit on the last day from the EU Ambassador to Zimbabwe, H.E Katrin Hageman, pictured here with COMESA Business Council President James Chimwaza & ZNCC Mashonaland Vice President Ephraim Chawoneka.
The Minister of state for Matabeleland North Hon. Richard Moyo, Chief Director in the Ministry of Industry & Commerce Mrs Florence Makombe, NCC Board Chair Duduzile Shinya, President of Zim - SA Chamber Farai Madziwanyika and Past President Dr O.J Sibanda also took time to visit our stand.
We appreciate the visits which offered a space for dialogue and reinforcement our commitment to a shared responsibility of building a competitive nation!

On Tuesday the 21st of April our CEO Adv. Christopher Mugaga, joined the Midlands Region Member Engagement Meeting, held at the Zimbabwe Bata Shoe Company.

Mr. Simon Mutisya, Country Manager at Bata Zimbabwe, welcomed members and underscored the importance of leveraging the ZNCC network as a strategic resource for business growth and resilience.

The discussions focused on the key constraints affecting the ease of doing business in Zimbabwe, with members engaging on challenges spanning service delivery by local authorities, infrastructure deficits, monetary policy, taxation, regulatory administration, and industrial policy.

Advocate Mugaga reaffirmed the Chamber’s position as the voice of business, presenting ZNCC’s formal policy positions and committing to carry the outcomes of the engagement to government and relevant authorities through structured advocacy channels.

The Chamber remains steadfast in its commitment to translating member concerns into actionable policy outcomes that strengthen the business ecosystem and drive sustainable economic growth.
