Greetings to our VALUED CLIENTS & FOLLOWERS
We would like to address a post circulating in several Facebook groups regarding a borehole we drilled

Our technical team revisited the client's site for a full re-inspection. We can confirm that the borehole is fully functional with no fault on our workmanship, & all allegations raised were found to be untrue.

The client was shown this on site, & the matter has been rectified to her satisfaction.
We have humbly requested that she removes the inaccurate posts but she denied & start shouting , as they are now causing serious harm to our business reputation.
As a company that values our clients, we do not believe in taking legal action against our own clients, Ndimi (Varungu vedu)which is why we are handling this matter with respect & dialogue.

Vongai Wenyeve Stunt Masterflexx We received a complaint from Vongai Wenyeve regarding Wigatap's 90m borehole in Domboshava ,stating that the borehole was not cased & collapsed at 45m.
We visited the site to rectify the matter & established the following

1. The borehole is cased with 180mm casing down to the rock - there is no collapse.
2. The client was misled by his pump installers.
3. We installed our 1HP pump and ran the system continuously for 3 hours. The borehole has abundant, clean water.
We are not fraudsters..we are professionals who solve problems, not create them. The client is now satisfied &happy with the work.
