Programming
Programming is the process of identifying and organizing essential information about the project, We engage with the client to establish their priorities and project requirements, including an initial project budget. Schematic Design
With the Client’s approval, we provide Schematic Designs to the Project as per the client brief allowing the client to input into the design before finalising the design. Design Development Phase
With the Client’s approval of the Schematic Design, we develop additional details to fix and describe the character of the Project. For example, interior spaces that require special design features, treatments and/or upgrades shall be incorporated into the Design Development drawings. We assist the client in the selection of hardware, finish plumbing fixtures, tile, stone, decorative lighting and paint colours. Construction Documents Phase
Based on the approved schematic design and design development drawings and any further adjustments in the scope and/or the budget for the Project, We prepare construction documents consisting of drawings and specifications that will describe the scope of work and be suitable for submission to the Local Authority and for construction by a qualified General Contractor. The construction documents will include, but not be limited to:
Architectural Floor Plans,
Finish plumbing fixture locations. Reflected Ceiling Plans providing accurate placement of ceiling mounted lighting fixtures, with associated switching arrangements. Building Elevations at each exterior facade show the proposed new construction including notes indicating finishes, materials and any special conditions. Details, Sections, Schedules and Notes communicate, in detail, different aspects of the design relating to construction and/or code requirements. These details are essential in conveying the design concept to the General Contractor, the subcontractors and to the Local Authority.

We support our clients from project inception, to the commissioning of the fully operational facility. Our expertise spans the construction industry spectrum, from smaller renovations to multi-million dollar projects focusing mainly on residential and institutional buildings. BUILDING MATERIALS SUPPLY
We do supply wide range of infrastructure and construction materials covering the substructure, superstructure and internal fittings and finishes requirements. Our primary objective is to provide superior quality and environmentally friendly products to the market. The range of materials include but are not limited to; Cement, Bricks, Steel, Kitchen fittings, Lighting fitting and accessories, Ceilings, Floor finishes, Wall finishes, Window frames, Doors frames, Window Frames, Door frames, Sanitary fittings, Bathroom fittings, Electrical and Overhead power fittings and accessories. We source materials from reputable manufacturers and vendors to ensure quality and consistency. We place much emphasis on quality control to ensure that our products reach and are used by our clientele to achieve value for money. We do provide project specific material supply options in which the best material cost and delivery scheduling options are provided to the client based on the need to increase project savings for improved profitability.
