DATCO Group, is a Zimbabwean registered and domiciled entity operating in the Property development services arena, has been mandated (sole mandate) by its partners to secure partnership for alternative construction methods within the southern African region. The project has been tried and tested in Ghana, Rwanda and Uganda and it has yielded very high demand levels both at private – public partner
ships and private – government partnerships. Several African countries are queuing up for the model due to its versatility, durability (it has the same long life span as conventional masonry structures), reliability, quick construction and the affordability to the ordinary African.
