Leander Villas : Hillside, Bulawayo Zimbabwe
Client: Comfort Creek Land Developers
The contemporary style villas embrace minimalistic elements highlighting greys, beiges and shades of white on parts of the interior and exterior.
The open plan layout seamlessly integrates the living, dining and kitchen areas.
These high end villas with Italian-themed finishes are located in proximity to amenities, schools and the Hillside Dam Conservancy.

Royal Arcade
A boutique shopping mall located in Bulawayo CBD along 9th Avenue and Fort street.
Developed as an adaptive reuse project, the small scale complex has a variety of shops and well kept green spaces.
Project completed: 2017
