🏠 THE HOMEOWNER WHO DIDN’T WANT HER DREAM HOUSE RUINED BY PLUMBING
She had spent months planning her dream home.
Beautiful walls.
Modern bathrooms.
A carefully planned kitchen.
Landscaping around the house.
Then, during a conversation with her friend, she was shown pictures of a plumbing installation with pipes running visibly along the exterior walls.
She immediately became concerned.
👩 CLIENT:
“Is this how plumbing is supposed to look?”
I really don't want my house to look like this.
I don't want toilet pipes, waste pipes and water pipes running all over the exterior walls.
And those Gate Valves outside?
I don't want to see those either.
I've spent so much money building this house. I don't want exposed plumbing destroying the appearance.
🔧 HPS:
We completely understand.
And that's exactly why we developed our Premium House Plumbing System Installation.
We don't look at plumbing as simply installing pipes.
We look at it as designing a complete plumbing system around the finished house.
👩 CLIENT:
But if you conceal everything, what happens when something goes wrong?
Let's say I wake up at midnight and discover water leaking under my basin.
Do I have to go outside in the dark to find a valve?
🔧 HPS:
No.
Concealed doesn't mean inaccessible.
We strategically provide accessible concealed Gate Valves/access points inside the house, depending on the layout.
So you can isolate the relevant water supply without having to search around the exterior of your house.
👩 CLIENT:
That's exactly what worries me.
I've seen houses where everything looks beautiful until there's a plumbing problem.
Then the owner has to break walls or floors just to find a valve.
🔧 HPS:
That's why proper planning is so important.
Our objective is:
HIDE THE PIPEWORK — NOT THE ACCESS.
The system is planned before the walls and finishes are completed, with maintenance access considered from the beginning.
👩 CLIENT:
What about my water heater?
My friend's water heater was installed outside and someone stole it.
I don't want that happening to me.
🔧 HPS:
We understand.
Where the building design and manufacturer's requirements allow, we can strategically position the water heater inside the house or in a secure designated location.
That gives you a cleaner installation and can improve security compared with leaving the equipment exposed.
👩 CLIENT:
Good.
And another thing...
I really don't like manholes.
They take up space in my yard, interfere with landscaping and I don't like how they look.
🔧 HPS:
Where the drainage design permits, we can use properly positioned rodding eyes/cleanouts instead of unnecessary traditional manholes.
You still have access for drainage maintenance, but we can keep the compound cleaner and preserve more usable space.
👩 CLIENT:
But now I'm worried about something else.
If all my toilet and waste pipes are concealed, what about bad smells?
I don't want my beautiful bathroom smelling like a sewer.
🔧 HPS:
That's why we don't simply hide pipes inside walls and floors.
The drainage system must be properly designed and ventilated.
We use appropriate traps, connections and drainage ventilation so sewer gases are directed through the designated ventilation system rather than being allowed to enter the house.
👩 CLIENT:
Okay.
Now let's talk about the pipes.
I don't want cheap materials hidden behind expensive walls.
What are you using?
🔧 HPS:
For drainage, we use heavy-duty PVC pipes.
For water supply, we use PPR pipes.
The idea is to build the plumbing system with quality materials and proper installation practices so you aren't putting expensive finishes over poorly planned plumbing.
👩 CLIENT:
And water pressure?
Because I've seen beautiful houses where the shower barely produces enough water.
🔧 HPS:
That's another thing we consider during the design.
We design the water distribution system with fixture demand, pipe sizing, routing and available supply pressure in mind.
Where the available supply and building conditions allow, the system can provide good pressure without a booster pump.
And where additional pressure is genuinely required, we can incorporate a suitable booster system.
👩 CLIENT:
So basically, you're telling me I can have a beautiful house without sacrificing plumbing functionality?
🔧 HPS:
Exactly.
That's the whole idea behind our Premium Plumbing System.
You get:
🏠 A cleaner exterior
🔧 Concealed pipework where appropriate
🚰 Accessible concealed isolation valves
🔥 Strategic water-heater placement
🌿 More usable landscaping space
🕳️ Rodding eyes/cleanouts where suitable
💨 Proper drainage ventilation
🛠️ Maintenance access planned from the beginning
🔵 PPR water-supply pipes
⚪ Heavy-duty PVC drainage pipes
💧 Properly designed water pressure
👩 CLIENT:
Now I understand the difference.
You're not just installing plumbing.
You're designing the plumbing around the house I want to live in.
🔧 HPS:
Exactly.
Because when you invest in a beautiful home, your plumbing shouldn't become the thing that makes it look unfinished.
👩 CLIENT:
That's exactly the kind of plumbing I want.
I'm looking forward to working with you.
🔧 HPS:
And we're looking forward to building it with you.
