Second and third generation, working together

Van Zyl Drilling is more than a drilling company — it is a family business built over generations.

Established in 1964, the business has grown through decades of hard work, experience and commitment to doing the job properly.

Today, the second and third generation continue that legacy together, leading the business with the same values it was built on: reliability, professionalism, hands-on service and pride in every project.

From residential boreholes to commercial, agricultural, mining and specialised drilling projects, Van Zyl Drilling continues to serve clients across South Africa with experience you can trust.

A proud family business.
A trusted drilling name since 1964.
