🔨 BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION: Tub to Modern Walk-In! 🚿
We completely stripped out an old bath setup and engineered a sleek, modern walk-in shower from the ground up:
Plumbing Overhaul: Removed the bath, fitted new piping, ran lines for the mixer/shower head to the opposite wall, and relocated the drain.
Structural Base: Raised the ground and built up a solid new concrete floor slab.
Finishes: Applied top-tier waterproofing, laid precision tiling, and fitted the modern shower screen and final fixtures.

🏗️ FROM THE GROUND UP: Full Scale Structural & Renovation Work! 🛠️
There is no cutting corners when it comes to a solid foundation. We’ve been hard at work project managing this heavy-duty renovation, taking it step-by-step to ensure it’s built to last a lifetime.
From raw earth to clean engineering, here is a breakdown of what the team has tackled so far:
Excavation & Prep: Cleared out the ground, dug out the deep trenches, and handled full rubble removal to create a clean slate.
Foundation & Steelwork: Placed heavy-duty rebar reinforcement directly into the trenches and poured the concrete foundation.
Brickwork & Structural Walls: Solid M190 brickwork underway, built strictly according to the plans to ensure maximum strength.
Waterproofing & Drainage: Backfilled with concrete, applied a robust Bitumen waterproofing layer, and laid down proper piping to channel water completely away from the foundation.
