I’m heading to the Netherlands 🇳🇱

Starting late May, I’ll be based across Rotterdam, Eindhoven, and Amsterdam for a few months, focusing on collaborative projects and innovative work.

My passion lies at the intersection of design and craftsmanship: custom interiors, creative IKEA upgrades, and precise installations that bring spaces to life.

With a flexible approach and hands-on mindset, I’ll be working on-site and keeping things simple.

Do you have a project in mind or a space that needs attention? Maybe something you’ve been meaning to tackle – I’d love to contribute.

Always eager to meet fellow creatives and makers. Designers, craftspeople, or anyone with an interesting project – let’s connect.

If you think we might be a good fit, send a message or pass this along.

Let’s build something amazing.

Lekker!🌿

After planning, the real work begins. Large sheets become smaller components, requiring careful attention due to expensive materials and strict tolerances. The end result will be a loft office and storage area: boasting a floating desk, substantial rolling storage units, and a rolling cabinet. More to follow.

Always good to see my work out in the wild. Happy to see these crate chairs aging so beautifully out in the harsh Hermanus climate.

The first piece to roll out of the new workshop: a two-person crate chair.

Simple lines, honest materials, and a space that finally feels like home.

I was given old benches that were too long. By cutting them in half and adding new legs, I doubled their use. After a wire-brush clean and a wax finish, they became the Peperboom Bankies — a small restoration that gives the wood new life. 🌿

An empty frame tells its own story. Reclaimed oak, contrasted in light and dark. Splines reinforcing the corners, a name and a date signed at the back. A quiet look at the details that usually stay behind the artwork.
