Making way for something new.

Before we can build the new home, we have to clear the way — carefully bringing the old structure down and preparing the site for what comes next.

One home comes down.
A new vision begins.

Follow along as we turn this site into a new Crous Home.

More involved. More confidence. Better outcomes.

A big thank you to our client, Anine de Wet, for the kind words. This is the type of feedback we aim for on every project.

Delivering quality homes is important, but delivering a smooth, transparent and enjoyable building experience matters just as much.

Some of the most important parts of a home are the ones you'll never see.

Before a septic tank is lowered into place, the excavation, levels, and positioning all need to be carefully prepared to ensure the system functions correctly for years to come.

While these elements may never be visible once construction is complete, they play a critical role in the long-term performance and durability of the home.

This garden flatlet build was about creating a space that feels considered, comfortable and beautifully finished — right down to the details.

From planning the layout to refining the finishes, we focused on delivering a result that adds long-term value and enhances the way the space is experienced every day.

We’re in the final stages now, and proud of how it’s come together.
