At Kumunyack, the future is not something we wait for. It is something we build.

We stepped away from the everyday to reflect, reconnect and align around the opportunities ahead. Our strategic conference created space to challenge our thinking, strengthen our leadership and turn bold ideas into meaningful action.

We are investing in our people, developing future leaders and building a stronger future for Kumunyack.

We came away as One Team with One Goal, united by a clear vision and committed to moving forward together.

Because progress starts with a clear vision, the courage to act and a team committed to moving forward together.

One Team. One Goal. Building the future.

Today, we celebrate the remarkable women on our team and the strength, courage and purpose that shape them.

We asked some to share the people, values and experiences that have inspired their journeys and continue to empower them every day. We want to know what are you built by?

Happy National Women’s Day!

Safety First, that's our first value. It guides every decision we make and every action we take.

Safety is more than a priority, it is a shared commitment to ensuring that every member of our team returns home safely, every day.

The Kumunyack and Prommac PTY LTD Safety Roadshow brought our teams, clients, suppliers and safety partners together for an interactive day focused on strengthening our safety culture. Through practical demonstrations, safety activities and exhibitor stands, our teams refreshed their knowledge and reinforced the importance of making safe choices at work and in their daily lives.

A standout achievement was our SANBS blood drive, which collected 32 units against a target of 15, potentially saving 96 lives as part of the Winter Blood Drive.

Thank you to our teams, clients, the Department of Labour, Sasol representatives, exhibitors and partners who helped make the day such a success.

Safety is a shared responsibility. Together, we make a difference.

Together, we made our 67 minutes count.

In honour of Mandela Day, our team spent time volunteering at Maria Old Age Home, connecting with residents and lending a helping hand where needed.

The initiative reflected two of our core values, People Centricity and Responsibility. It was a meaningful reminder that making a difference often starts with giving our time, showing care and supporting the communities around us.

Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the day special.

To every woman in engineering, your voice matters, your work matters and your impact is helping move our industry forward.

Happy International Women in Engineering Day.

Kumunyack recently attended the University of Pretoria’s Engineering Career Fair, where we had the opportunity to connect with talented students preparing to enter the engineering and industrial services sectors.

Career days like this are about more than visibility. They give us the chance to engage with future professionals, share who we are, and showcase the real-world opportunities available within our teams.

Through our learnership programmes, junior talent initiatives, graduate development programmes, and mentorship-focused approach, we remain dedicated to nurturing emerging talent and creating meaningful career pathways within our organisation.

At Kumunyack, we believe the future of our industry starts with the people we choose to invest in today.

Thank you to the University of Pretoria and to every student who took the time to connect with us. We look forward to seeing the next generation of engineers grow, lead and make their mark.

YOUTH DAY 2026
Celebrating the courage of yesterday and the potential of today.

Today we honour the courage, determination and sacrifice of the young people whose actions helped shape South Africa's journey toward freedom and equality.

Youth Day serves as a reminder of the powerful role that young people play in building stronger communities, driving positive change and creating a brighter future for all.

At Kumunyack, we celebrate the energy, creativity and resilience of South Africa's youth. We believe that by supporting the next generation we contribute to a future filled with opportunity, innovation and progress.

As we reflect on the significance of this day let us continue to invest in our young people, listen to their voices and empower them to reach their full potential.

Happy Youth Day, South Africa.
