What a special review! We appreciate you Thea, welcome to the Santos and Son Kitchens family🥰 It was such a pleasure working with you❣️

"Dear Angie, Frank and the Santos Kitchen Team,

I honestly don’t know how to thank you enough for my beautiful kitchen.

I’m so grateful for the way you walked me through the entire design process — including all my crazy ideas! Thank you for accommodating every change without ever making me feel like I was being difficult, and for patiently allowing me to change my mind more than once. I’m equally grateful for your flexibility when I had to move the deadline several times, and for the warmth with which you always welcomed me whenever I popped into your office.

Your kindness, patience and genuine care throughout the whole process were truly appreciated.

Then came installation day, and Melanie and her team were simply amazing. It was so lovely to see how much they respected one another and how well they worked together. At one point, when I was trying to carry something heavy, one of the guys actually put down his lunch and sprinted over to help me. Such a small gesture, but it said so much about the kind of people you have working for you — a true gentleman.

The whole experience was incredible. Your team genuinely feels like a family, and that is something very special and, sadly, quite rare.

I will happily sing your praises to anyone looking for a new kitchen. In fact, my kitchen was the one part of my entire renovation that went absolutely without a hitch — and that is saying something!

Thank you again for creating not just a beautiful kitchen, but such a wonderful experience along the way. I’m truly grateful.

Warmest regards,
Thea".
