The start of a new shopping destination for Rosslyn

A milestone was marked as we celebrated the SOD Turning of The Yard, Rosslyn Hub, officially marking the start of a retail development set to bring new opportunities, growth and momentum to the Rosslyn community and the City of Tshwane.

We were honoured to welcome Mayor Dr Nasiphi Moya of the City of Tshwane, alongside our valued partners, shareholders and everyone who has played a part in bringing this vision to life.

This 9700sqm retail development offers a strong and diverse tenant mix, bringing together Grocers, Banking and finance, clothing, home and furniture, fast food and sit-down restaurants, creating a true cross-shopping destination for the community scheduled to open in May 2027.
