Architectural Technologist (1–5 Years' Experience)
Location: Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria

Fourie Design is seeking a motivated, energetic and ambitious Architectural Technologist to join our growing studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional with 1–5 years of practical experience who is passionate about design, technical excellence and collaborative project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of project delivery, including:
Architectural design development
Preparation of technical documentation and construction drawings
3D modelling, visualization and presentation material
Coordination with project consultants and project teams
Assisting with project administration where required
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess:
A qualification in Architectural Technology or Architecture
1–5 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in ARCHICAD (essential)
Experience with Lumion and other architectural visualization software will be advantageous
Strong technical detailing and working drawing abilities
Experience with SANS 1:400 and Municipal Submissions will be a advantagious
Good design sensibility and presentation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A valid South African driver's licence and reliable transport
Applicants who are not South African citizens must possess a valid South African work permit.

Salary:
R10,000 – R20,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, technical ability and references.
